Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ZerunoSoft retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, reusable software components, frameworks, libraries, tools, know-how, templates and development methodologies.

Ownership or licensing of project-specific deliverables will be determined by the applicable customer agreement, quotation or statement of work.

Customers must have the necessary rights to any content, trademarks, images, software, data or other materials they provide to ZerunoSoft.

Each party may receive confidential information from the other party during a business or project relationship.
